4.2 General Bonus Terms

The biji baji VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Cashback is given each week based on net losses. Bronze members receive up to 0.2%, Silver members up to 0.4%, Gold members up to 0.6% and Platinum members up to 0.8% in weekly cashback. Cashback is calculated on the net loss for that week, which is total losses minus total winnings.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet has been placed it is considered final and cannot normally be cancelled. However, biji baji reserves the right to cancel a bet in the following circumstances:

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled and is not rescheduled within the specified time.
• If evidence of fraud or irregularity is found.

5.2 Result Determination

The official result of the relevant sports authority will be considered final for settling all bets. For live matches, scorecards and live broadcast data are relied upon. In the event of any dispute, biji baji's decision will be considered final.
